By accessing or using the services, applications, and tools provided by ezResolve, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our website and tools.

2. License and Intellectual Property

Upon purchasing a Pro Pass or digital license, ezResolve grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to access the tools, generate digital assets, and utilize output files (such as generated HTML, QR codes, invoices, and KML files) for both personal and commercial purposes. All underlying software code, branding, and interfaces remain the exclusive intellectual property of ezResolve.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services, nor to resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform itself without prior written authorization from ezResolve.

4. Billing & Merchant of Record

Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through ezResolve. They are responsible for transaction processing, applicable sales tax collection, and customer order fulfillment.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ezResolve tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall ezResolve or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard commercial practices, without regard to conflict of law principles.
