All digital software licenses, passes, and templates purchased directly through ezResolve and processed by Lemon Squeezy qualify for a full refund within 14 days from the original transaction timestamp.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, send an email to [email protected] with your order number or the email address used during checkout. No explanations or justifications are required.

3. Processing Time

Once received, our support team will process your refund request within 24 hours. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal) typically within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Revocation of License

Upon confirmation of the refund, your Pro Pass access and associated license permissions will be deactivated on your account.
