Digital Sales Agreement

1. Parties and Purpose

This Digital Sales Agreement governs the commercial relationship between ezResolve and the customer ("Buyer") purchasing software licenses, Pro All-Access Passes, or related digital services on ezresolve.org.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order fulfillment and payment operations are conducted through Lemon Squeezy, LLC ("Merchant of Record"). Lemon Squeezy handles order payment, invoice generation, tax handling (including VAT and US Sales Tax), and order processing.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

All purchases on ezResolve are digital products. Access to Pro features is provisioned immediately upon successful completion of payment. No physical goods will be shipped.

4. License Grant and Usage

A valid Pro Pass entitles the Buyer to uninterrupted access to all Pro web utilities for the duration of the pass period (one year). The Buyer may create, download, and commercially use any assets produced through ezResolve tools.

5. Refund Policy

This agreement is subject to our 14-Day Unconditional Guarantee. If Buyer is dissatisfied, a full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting [email protected].
